14-Day Returns & Exchanges

At EsyClick, customers satisfaction is always our top priority. But just in case if  you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in original condition.

To start a return, you can contact our customer service team via ambahomes80@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval from the EsyClick customer service team will not be accepted.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 35 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ambahomes80@gmail.com.

Cancellation：
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
